I booked a international package with Make My trip on 31st March and first payment was due on 10th April.
After first payment, i had to change the dates due to some personal reasons. i called them back on 12th April to change the date, they charged me Rs 5000 only to change the date and i paid the same. i kept making my payments as per schedule and my date was showing changed in the app. The representative Sourab told me it would be done. However it wasnt done and now they have all of my money and package date not changed, i cannot travel on the original schedule.
i have been called them for past 1 week with no response and all i hear is they are not able to help me and there is no manager available.
