My entire plan and tour to Havlock island in Andamans got cancelled because of non-availability of accommodation as Resort ‘Lee Meridian’ booking was cancelled by Make My Trip at the last notice. Due to which all the further services, as purchased online, couldn’t be availed. I had to incur huge amount of charges for flights to Andaman Islands. Therefore, I paid undue extra amount to book immediate alternate ferry services and stay arrangement for further left over period of the tour and so it affected my entire tour plan so badly that I’ve been left in anguish and desolated state by Make my Trip. It’s so disappointing that the travel agents acted in this fraudulent way to their permanent customer. This is the reason Make my Trip (MMT) needs to be punished as much as I’ve suffered. MMT is playing undue formalities by sending irrelevant mails and delaying refund action which is pending for 2 months. I wish to see my full money refunded soon and reps from MMT to be punished responsible for this disgraceful association for my tour package.
