I HAVE BOOK A HOTEL ROOM ON 24TH JULY FOR TWO STAY AT A TEZPUR HOTEL GRAND CITY ,MAIN POLICE STATION, TEZPUR INDIA
BOOKING ID :NH7003657042124 PNR: 0021958926 AND PAID AMOUNT Rs.3100.00 by debit card transfer but when I reach Tezpur found this hotel is non-existent at this address . I had find out a hotel with same name at NB ROAD at TEZPUR but they demanded Rs.3100.00 in cash as and inform me that no booking is done from makemytrip at their hotel. I paid the cash and stayed as that time I do not any options . This is example of fraud by the Hotel Grand City and makemytrip I demand refund of money from makemytrip.
