I booked a room hotel name is Mantra houseboat through makeuptrip.com and when I did contact “Mantra houseboat” said there was no such booking was made and we have no tie-up with any online booking agent and told me to contact makemytrip to get the refund if already paid. I am keep trying to contact makemytrip customer care for last two days but no one is responding to my call.and then i called MANTRA HOUSE BOAT also there telling no tie -up with MAKE MY TRIP , pls ask to cancel get the refund with booking .NO booking here by online agent abd the i was cancel immediately , my booking id :Booking Id: NH7315520630900 and PNR :0052153687, NAME : S Rajeshkannan, booking date on 15 jun 2019, check in hotel (travel date ) on 21 jun 2019, i booked the hotel with in the hours i cancelled, why i was cancelled , MANDRA HOUSE BOAT NOT any tie up with MAKE MY TRIP AGENT. THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED RS.5551 FROM MY CREDIT CARD 0004 EDING . KINDLY ask them to help me the refund
