On April 28, 2023, I canceled one of my trips, and I was due to receive Rs. 6162 in compensation. It’s NN7F7DDIZV5IIC4U9507 for my booking ID. I still haven’t received anything after 12 days. I have also contacted numerous times regarding this and have also given all of my information, including bank statements, but I have not yet received anything.
Additionally, they instructed me to contact my bank using the RRN number that the MMT had given me. The bank advised me to ask MMT to visit any bank branch with the transaction and UTR number when I spoke with them. I let them know on May 3, 2023. but my problem hasn’t been solved yet.
They are no longer paying attention, and one of their agents, Sourav, is claiming that my problem is unrelated rather than working to resolve it.
Please assist me in receiving my refund.
