Dear Team,
I am Chandrakant Kolhe and i booked three tickets for travel from Mumbai to Ranchi by using Make My Trip. Now they have cancelled my ticket without my permission and refund me my amount with deduction of 60% amount (more than INR 10000).
Request you to punish Make my trip for making such fraud and earning money. Refer my booking reference no. they have cancelled. Please check booking I.D NF20163259864260 & NF29128259862742. Please help me to resolve the issue.
