They itself canceled my holiday packages on few weeks back and before to that only from Mayank of their Makemytrip team I spoke and will agree to change the dates and provide me the itenary of that and he also agreed and told the executive will call and take the dates.
Now after this much of conversation with him how could he cancel the package and not return the amount as well to me. This is ridiculous and irritating when it happen without any intimation and confirmation from me (Customer). I could followup Makemytrip from Day-1 but still i could not able to reach them its something like only they can call us but we cannot reach them back.
Only uni-directional communication is there between both. How can the license is issues to them without having any support account with them. Its really frustrating and irritating for the middle class people who work hard to pay for the holiday package.
