I have booked a Europe travel package under make my trip and they have given me the accommodation details which I produced to the visa. Later the visa was rejected after which I found out from the hotel that the booking was never made with our names.

I’m in tremendous stress and half of the amount is already paid to them for the trip.
My flight booking is also done by myself and it has to be cancelled now as there is no proper response from make my trip. Kindly help me out of this situation.
