Dear Sir,
This brings to your notice that my flight was cancelled for Delhi to Ranchi on 10th June’21 by Air Asia Airlines. Ticket was booked by Make My Trip, my booking Id was NF21133309922818.
Refund was initiated by Make My Trip after my call post flight cancellation on 12th-13th June’21 but still I have not received my money back in my account.
Also total ticket booking cost was Rs 9540/- but refund initiated for Rs 8830/-.
I have two complain :-
1. Why they have deducted of Rs 710/-, However the flight was cancelled by the Airlines which I faced a lot of problems due to flight cancelled.
2. They have not done payment refunds till 24th June’21. It has been almost 15 days since the flight was cancelled.
This is totally unfair practice with customers. Kindly help me on above points and help on refund of my full payment of Rs 9540/-.
I was harassed financial and mentally by the Air Aisa and Make My Trip.
