I had booked Indigo airlines ticket to travel from Nagpur to Mumbai for 9th March through Make My Trip online website.
Due to Covid detection, we had to cancel the tickets. And on furnishing proofs, Indigo airline immdiately refunded rs 7448, the complete ticket amount.. But they refunded to MakeMy trip as that was the online agent from.where I booked my ticket from.
However, MMT communicated that they are refunding Rs. 6205 only….i.e they deducted Rs 1200 aprox….I don’t know for.what reason.
This is sheer cheating.
Plus, there is no.way to.contact them…nothing is.mentioned on their app. Email IDs do.not respond either. It is extremely harrassing and incorrect and clear cheating. Please take this complaint and assist with balance refund asap.
