I have booked a bus ticket from indore to pune (PNR – 114452646), but for some reasons bus was cancelled and the operator told me that they will refund the money back.
Even after 10 days i didn’t got any update from makemytrip, So i tried to contact them through phone but it always says that there is a huge traffice on the phone lines and i never able to contact them using phone.
Then i sent lots of emails to them, but never got a single reply.

COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE IS NEVER REACHABLE, THEY DIDN’T LOOK AT YOUR MAIL. EVEN AFTER ESCALATION TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL I NEVER GOT A REPLY FROM THEM.
