Hi,
I booked a ticket with makemytrip.com with booking id NF20114277712544. But on the day of travel, the airlines cancelled the flight. I raised a claim for refund with mymytrip.com. Initially they refused to even consider refund but later on they said that I will get the refund in 60-90 days. They raised a ticket with the airlines for the same with request id: RA : 0005891364, 0005891368 . Now it’s been more than 4 months and they are not responding to email. They don’t have a number to call to. If I email them, I get a automated system response of query resolved. Don’t know how to get back my money from them.
