I booked a ticket on 23 May of Rs 15, 426 using makemytrip. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i was unable to book the ticket. They(makemytrip) sent the entire amount to my wallet and are not processing the amount to my bank account. Although they are saying that the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 1 day. Now they are saying that it was automatic generated mail. I don’t have enough money in my account to book another ticket. I am waiting for the amount they should send me. Please process the request as soon as possible as i want to book my tickets
