I was booked a return ticket from Dubai to Bangkok in Nov’19.
Due to Corona virus UAE Govt ban their citizen for travel Thailand so Emirates cancelled flight on 28th Feb’20.
I was booked through Make my trip so they said you will get the full refund in max 7 working days.
now 67 days gone, they commit so many days n now yesterday sent a message at my Insta a/c that wait for another 6 weeks.
Don’t know why they fool us, Alredy more than 2 months gone still they want another 1.5 month.
Request you do the needful at priority, when you check at facebook, thaousand people suffer because of delay in payment, but mine was already more than 2 month old. Booking ID-NN7812448391256
