I have sent numerous emails regarding my booking id NN2111243983526 but havent received any solutions, I had a return ticket booked from Delhi – london. The ticket was cancelled due to covid and I had to take vande bharat on my way back. The last email I received from them is money cant be refunded and they put the ticket as resolved without really solving much. I have been sending in request for an open ticket from the past 04 months. I have made multiple request asking for an open ticket and i have received multiple approvals at multiple times that it has been approved and processed but received no intimation post that. i have been diligently approaching MMT on my refund or an open ticket. It is upon escalating things on Twitter i got a reply but no follow up.
I do understand that as an organisation they are facing the brunt of COVID0-19 but so are we . Thus I requested for either a refund or provide an open ticket to travel in the near future for my booking from London to Delhi. I have all the screenshots of my regular interaction with MMT in this email which stands as “PROOF”
