No 1 fraud MAKE MY TRIP , I booked a room hotel name is Mantra houseboat through makeuptrip.com and when I did contact “Mantra house boat” said there was no such booking was made and we have no tie-up with any online booking agenies and told me to contact makemytrip to get the refund if already paid. I am keep trying to contact makemytrip customer care for last two days but no one is responding to my call, its MAKE MY TRIP customer care not attending the call means definitely MAKE MY TRIP fraud and my friend also sold me , his last experience like that, he booked thought MAKE MY TRIP HOTEL BOOKING ,when check in time, there is no booking. and then i called MANTRA HOUSE BOAT also there telling no tie -up with MAKE MY TRIP, pls ask to cancel get the refund with booking. no booking here any online agent and then i was cancel immediately, MY Booking Id: NH7315520630900, NAME ; S Rajeshkannan, CHECK IN DATE : 21JUN2019, i booked the hotel with in the hours i cancelled, incase MAKE MY TRIP agent give not refund the amount, i will go to consumer court, because the amount was debited from my ACCOUNT : INR 5551.00. iam very tired to call MAKE MY TRIP CUSTOMER CARE VERY VERY worst service, WHEN i booked with in the time i cancelled booking , i worked also travel related , so i know 100 % its refundable, incase not getting will go for consumer court. Sure here after iam not recommend to my customer MAKE MY TRIP.
