It is informed that, This the primary letter and call got after we ask our giving our date of home key and date of finishing of forthcoming works, for example, water supply, power connection, trees implantation and international tour package, etc…
But to our surprise to received such letter from CR. We have all the proofs over email, phone and calls. I must say before putting blames to customer inspite multiple reminders over phone calls. You can check this with Mr. Sethil kumar, your sale representative, padma priya-cr and field engineer mr. Sathish about how many times the delay in construction has been discussed.
We will pay DD at any time or day as you complete all the pending construction works. Also commit a single date of handing over of Fully finished project completion. I wonder Manju group has not given a final date for Key handing over and questions come, will they able to give water supply, electricity connection and other promised features like trees implementation, international tour ticket etc.,
I ask Manju Groups how will a customer trust and will pay lacs of rupees to you and wait for years for completion of projects.
