On 15th Jan 2020 (this yera) i made a payment of Rs 7900000 for allocated property in Royal Enclave – Uthiramerur. When paid, after comes to know the layout not yet get endorsement for DTCP. Still they are making a few motivations to settle this issue.
In reality I have reached one of the person in the office(Name: Bala, Title: Manager), yet he demanding to pay more investment(like twofold than I paid).
We are actually quite disoppointed with this issue. Also, when I am compelling for my discount, he isn’t reacting appropriately. What’s more, he is approaching numerous reasons to no end.
I need somebody from his more elevated level from Manju groups to take care of my concern.
