My name is t s ram, senior manager (retd), indian overseas bank. lured by their advertisements and their personal follow ups at home though their staff members, shri bysil and sri balaji, i purchased plot no. 25, in supreme – bavishya beach early this year. the same was registered and the documents were given to me by honouring me by mr. isaacc. legal dept at your omr office. immediately on his advice, i paid rs. 15000/- through cheque for getting me the patta for this plot. i demanded a receipt for the same, however the same was declined. the patta was promised to be got within 3 months. however even after 6 months., i did not receive my patta. when i tried to contact mr isaac, he is not attending to my calls or sms or emails. the persons responsible for my purchasing this plot, mr bysil, agm, says he has been shifted to a different team. mr sri balaji, the marketing manager, i was told has left manju groups.
I took up the matter with mr n abdul aleem, gm, personally at tindivanam, who promised to arrange for the patta immediately. he did not do anything for 2 months. i left for usa for 2 months. from my return to india (19th october) i am trying to contact mr abdul everyday, he never attends my call/sms/email etc.
In fact i wanted to invest in 6 more plots for my close relatives and friends at east tambaram, who are ready to invest since i have invested in manju groups. being a retired senior manager of nationalised bank, my contacts are very vast, which manju groups have failed to utilise.
I request you to arrange for the patta or reimburse my rs, 15000 immediately with interest at 10%, failing which, i shall have no other go except to approach the consumer court for filing suits for deficiency of service by manju groups and claim compensation against cheating a senior citizen..
