I have not received the order I placed for Men’s Cotton Gradient color Three Quarter Sleeve casual Shirt – L * 1, Product Code: SKU: 6976710869191 on 22nd November 2021. The Total Order value is Rs. 399/-. For which I made the payment through Paytm. the details of the entire transaction are Transaction ID: T211121112063836343350 Collect ID: PTM20211122231795119037202111221110 and Paid to: paytm-66718492@paytm. Even this amount of Rs.399/- was debited from the account and it showed “Transaction Successful”
In spite of giving my email ID while ordering the product, I haven’t received any Order Confirmation mail on my email [email protected] which is already registered with Mantra Fab.
The company doesn’t have any contact number so that I could contact them and the company is based in Calcutta, India.
I’m also forwarding a copy of these (Transaction) details to the Cyber-Crime branch department
