I Bought Maruti Celerio Zxi AMT from MyCar Pune on 26th July 2017. After few days it’s automatic transmission start creating issues(lock in any gear / lights on in dashboard), After 2 times resetting the issue when is occurred third time (with in one month of purchase and less then 300 KM drive). They took the car and provided me replacement vehicle and said it will get replaced. Now even after 2 weeks they are not giving the car back and making excuses which is disgusting and not acceptable. I talked to each and every level of person but no result. I am finding the dealership and Maruti non trustable and seems like i have been cheated badly. As after spended almost 6 L i didn’t even drove the car not more then couple of KM. Please help me.
