Dear sir ,

I am karnail Singh have your muruti dizire VDI 2015 . I purchase car 4 nov 2015. Last month the second service of my done by your mukerian branch on 25 or 28 SEP 2017. Very next day I visit to jummu for any important issue. Date 01 Oct 2017 I parked my car in the basement of wave mall Jammu. after 2 hour when I came back and start my car but car don’t start . I contacted to your customers care and Hoshiarpur automobile also but they show their careless attitude . Your customer care representative demands sevice charges for visit the site .Even car neither complete 2 year term nor 40000 km . I washed my precious 3 hour there for my car related issue . I talk 2 or more customers care representative but they all told that they don’t provided any device to you without service charges .after spending 2 hour in the beasment of the mall I feel deceived. After this incident I call private mechanic and pay him 5000/- (approx) for the car repair. Approx after 1 month there is not a single call received from Maruti Suzuki representative . It is a very nagtiv attitude of a company . After this mail I want my claim of rs 5000/- and 50000/- for mentally harassment . After 1 month of this incident there are no representive solve the issue
