This is further regarding the complaint (Telephonic Complaint Number 4964918422) regarding the servicing of my car OR02BR0303.
I have given my car for some repair at Zenith Auto, a Maruti Authorised Service centre in Kolkata, West Bengal on 17th Jan, 2017.
The initial promised delivery date was 27th Jan, 2017. Since then, I have been given excuses from the service centre as well as Maruti toll-free contact desk that the it is under process and spares are coming. I have been given 4 delivery dates after that, latest being today but again the same excuse, half of the spares have come,some are pending.

I am really fed up and I am sure I won’t buy a Maruti product again ever. Which kind of company keeps a car for 45 days for some minor repair. And everytime, the delivery date approaches, I get to hear new excuses such as Spares not available, half have been sent, half of spares are on the way. Are the spares coming from USA, still it would have been faster.

I am suffering really because of this delay. I have incurred huge amounts in taxi for my daily work, travelling again and again to the service centre and making some many callas and follow ups. If you can’t maintain your service quality, please let us know so that we will go to local service garages rather than Maruti Authorised ones.

I request you to please look into the matter and deliver my car in tip top condition by tomorrow.
