I have recently purchased a Swift ZXI from Indus motors , Pala, kottayam District, Kerala on May 4th 2017

Maruti has sold me a deffective vehicle. On the 14 day I started getting problem after driving for 1200 kms later on the 18 day I kept vehicle in sai service goa for check up and I get to know the gear box is deffective it remained in showroom for 2 weeks due to inavailability of spare parts and the gear box was opened twice to rectify the issue and vehicle was handed over to me. Later I started facing the same issue and Maruti is suggesting gearbox repair for the third time. Maruti is not bothered to reply to emails requesting gearbox replacement or the vehicle replacement. I have all the email conversations and photographs.
