Meesho is a 100% fraud app. Blocked my account suddenly when I ordered for 20, 000(pre-paid). And now I am unable to access the app. And they said they cannot refund my money. I lost 20,000. Worst customer service. Worst app. Please don’t waste your money. I will not leave this. Will raise this issue to consumer court.

Is returning a violation? It’s a right of a consumer to return/exchange if the product is not as expected. Because of this, my account got blocked. Now, I have products to be received worth 20, 000 and some refunds in the process as well. How can I return those? Should I keep it with me even though I don’t like it? I don’t have access to my account now. I reached out to customer care. They are telling the same story of violation. It’s a technique to cheat people. If this is not a part of cheating, then unblock my account or refund my amount.
