On March 3, 2024 I ordered an ebike from this company for 47.61 which was taken immediately on the 3rd of March and they did not give me any details about the transaction at all. I’ve disputed the transaction with cash app and for some reason was denied several times and I’ve still not gotten my product I ordered or even be able to get onto their website again. I’ve become more than angry at not only this scam but now cash because they have been absolutely horrible customer service with this matter and so I’m not sure which one Is worse now. The fact I’ve not gotten my product or the fact that cash app has said that they completed their end when I’ve not gotten anything except being ripped off.
