I purchased a tool set as a Christmas gift. I was sent two messages that it would be late and still haven’t received anything.
Order# G186013 amount 47.95. I don’t really know this shopping site and am now wondering if I made a mistake and this is a scam. I have friends on facebook waiting to hear the outcome before they shop. Please advise

I placed a order in July. After emailing them I received a fake notification of a delivery to my post office. Post Office said never received a delivery and it was a Scam. So wasn’t legit. Was Eric Song Meshopusd Hong Kong
I placed an order July 4th, 2024 and never received the product. I think this is a fraudulent company.

This MESHOPVDUSD out of Hong Kong is a believed scam and uses 17Track to allegedly ship products. $48.41 was sent from account for sho press with no contact or tracking ! I would suggest no orders should be done here!
I’m not sure if this is the same site that I ordered a tool set from. Received prompt email that my order was received with a tracking number. After tracking my order daily for almost all of February the tracking site said my package had been delivered. I immediately emailed the above company and told them I didn’t received it. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I assumed they would try to locate it. Instead I received a email stating it must be lost and issued me a refund instantly. I guess ordering anything that’s coming from China will no longer be an option for me.
How do I get my money back
I ordered a countertop icemaker on miloyale.com but the merchant on my credit card statement said meshopusd. That is suspicious and now, on the chat site for meshopusd it is required to enter my full credit card information before I can talk to anyone. That really looks like fraud to me. If I can’t speak to someone without having to pay for customer service then I will contact the authorities and report this issue.

I ordered an electronic scroll saw from MESHOPVDUSDHONG KONG HK on 1/14/24 for $48 37. The website said it was a “trusted site”. They took my money. I have never received a confirmation email, or the product i ordered. I filled a fraud claim with my bank, and am awaiting the outcome.
