I ordered a countertop icemaker on 1/12/24 and the charge was posted on 1/14/24 on my credit card statement. I never received a confirmation or estimated delivery date and now I can’t speak to customer service without having to pay for customer service. I ordered the icemaker from miloyale.com but it was charged by meshopusd on the statement. That looks like fraud. The link below, to add a photo, doesn’t work either.

I ordered a 5 gallon water cooler from meshopusd yesterday for $49.79 they took the money but didn’t give me no information about when I’m going to receive it no confirmation I tried contacting them they said I didn’t order anything what can I do about
My order was never delivered it was supposed to arrive between Jan 29 and feb3. It was taken out of my cashapp debit card I want my order delivered I paid it for it it should be here when you say it isl.l
My order says delivered, and I have not received it.
