That in the month of September-2018, the Applicant had received a phone call with intention to cheat from mobile No. 62626-07852, upon which the caller offered to the Applicant that the aforementioned company belongs to international company& they are provide higher interest with money back offers to their customers and also with regards to the offers for high accuracy calls in the stock market of more than another companies. Upon which due to lack of money the Applicant refused the same. That thereafter, two days from the said call, the Applicant again received a call from the aforesaid number for same purpose. That due to higher offers from their side, the Applicant accepted their proposal. On this the caller informed to the Applicant about profits to buy Jindal Steel shares in which buying and profit booking rates were given. Thereafter, on the instructions from the said caller the Applicant accepted the same and by paying an amount of Rs. 2,500/- through online channel he booked a profit as per the caller informed to him. That after sometimes they said caller again proposed a plan of Rs. 14,000/- for the same very investment and on this again, the Applicant had paid an amount of Rs. 500 & Rs. 2,500/- through online channel namely Ease-buzz payment aggregator.
Further the Applicant also deposited the pending amount of Rs. 11,000/- through same channel. That in the month of October-2018, the aforesaid caller again called to the Applicant with regards to the further process, regarding how to investing more amount in international companies to gain extra profits in short time. Further submitted that on this the said caller proposed a new plan of Rs. 1,80,000/- with effective returns. Then again, the Applicant arranged money from his saving& other sources and paid the amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- in that very time (In October&November-2018). It is pertinent to mention here that after sometimes the Applicant called on the aforesaid mobile number for verifying the details of his returns& profits in relations to his aforementioned investment, but no positive response has been received. On this later-on the Applicant had realised that all the aforementioned three accused are in connivance with each other caused huge financial & mental loss to the Applicant on the pretext to investment in the company. That in the month of Novermber-2018 the Applicant had requested to the said caller on several times to refund his aforementioned invested amount. But all in vain, vague replies were received by the Applicant and till date no clear & positive response come forwarded.
