M/s Surendra & Co. – Charged Rs.38000/-5 months ago, done nothing

On 12.08/2013 we paid Rs.16854/-by cheque No.217877 of PNB.
On 29/10/2013 we paid Rs.22472/-by Cheque No.411323 of HDFC Bank for google addworld,virtual number,landing page,GMVT+Web site.
To day it is 07/03/2014, they have done nothing sofar ,so many times we have tried to contact on phone but to no use, on demanding the the payment back,the reply is we don’t return the payment.
Their’s is a bougus firm, by telling lies their sales personals collect payments and vanish.
