I have ordered LG 29WQ600 monitor from flipkart, I received defective screen as per flipkart policy if product received defective with in 7 days get replace from seller/brand, when i contacted LG brand they denied to replace new monitor, LG brand says if I would have purchased from LG E commerce site they would have replaced with new product with in 7 days,
Flipkart is not helping to solve this issue with seller Mtailmodeecom,
when i received and opened box connect display not working since then kept in box not able to use at all,
when contacting flipkart they give there policy that if product received defective either seller or brand responsible
when contacted LG brand they are saying get it replaced with seller, contacting flipkart they are saying we don’t have seller details as per policy responsible is brand or seller
Please help me to get resolve my issue .

I ordered HW-B55E XL sound bar but I recieved PS-WB65D sound bar
