I online purchased a movie DVD on 17th June’16 confirmed on 17th June’16 but did not receive the product and after repeated reminders i was sent invoice 26th Aug’16 confirming Invoice no # 1156753021 / A 24649 and since then i have been following up with them but till date neither did i receive the product nor my money has been refunded.
I have been sending repeated reminder to but not getting any response from them.
