I have done recharge to my JIO number 9321561126 of r.586 on 12 Nov 2021,money got deducted from my account but mobile recharge not done. payment not received from JIO. I have cross checked with my gpay account customer care, they said they have done payment to Mypangram but they have not done the payment further. Please let me kno how to get refund for the same. No customer care is visible for authenticity of my pangram company. Please help
