I recharged my Airtel sim through Google pay for Rs.242.The amount is transferred to my pangram ‘s account. Money deducted but not recharged yet.please refund my money to my account.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from My pangram.
I have recharged my bsnl mobile no 9415204524 on 30.09.2021 through Bhim Upi. Rs 484 deducted but recharge is not done. Bhim Upi has has informed me that money is credited to merchant a/c .Trasaction details is as below
UPI/DR/127312104621/mypangram/YESB/cashf692573162094.
My money should be returned back to me.
