i recharge my mobile jio plan599 thr. my pangram on12.07.21. showing discount rs.12 and advice to pay rs.587.00. I make the payment and show a message amount missmatch. but later I found the message from bank that the amount of rs.587 has been debited from my account. But recharge not done. amount also not return. please arrange to refund the amount.

My VI recharge dt. 12.07.2021 bank debited at rs.145 but not recharge. so please arrange to refund amount.
My jio recharge dt.17.07.2021 bank debited at rs.436 but not recharge .so please arrange to refund amount.
