Sir,
I can’t get any solution (Refund) from Naaptol. I send lots of mail. But, not get any proper reply. They are send to me another used old damaged piece again. First one is returned. Second is used and damaged. This is using tablet.(second hand tablet piece) Screen have lot of scratch and camera side also very scratch.Only one SIM is running second SIM is not working, network not found properly, memory card not working,top side not fit.
I think Naaptol now fraud site. There from not get easy return policy. We are communicate for refund about 15th date.
But, they are send to me second replace parcel on 23rd date. I got 26th sep.
I am very tired and tension with this matter. I have told to them, I want refund. Otherwise I am going to second time (again) Consumer court. I send one mail today morning, But not get any reply. They are played with customer.
I have already give them to all account details on 21st September. After this matter, they are send another used damaged piece 23rd September. Why they are play this type.
Please give me refund. My mistake is I have purchase from Naaptol.
Please solve this problem.
