Rahim Uddin Ahmed ordered online for a Data Wind Calling Tablet bearing Order No. 20287739, Item No.10739, Invoice no. 847467/DL/0567833/2015-2016 from Naaptol office on 21st February of 2016 for a sum of Rs 3,398/-(including delivery charges). On 24th February of 2016 the parcel was delivered to me through the delivery boy of the company and thus the payment was made by me by means of cash on delivery. l thereafter opened the parcel and found a Sonitex X-bass (sound box tape) instead of Data Wind Calling Tablet , and for this fault of the opposite party, I made a complaint to the opposite party on 28th February of 2016. However, the opposite party made no effort to rectify the said fault.
