I had ordered a 7” tablet for Rs.3299/- which I refused at the time of delivery in Aug 2017
I had called on Data wind Customer Service on +91 (0) 0183-6668500 and spoke to them for hours on the phone, sent more than 100 emails and asked them to call me to resolve the issue, I HAVE FAILED.
I have Request them to please refund the amount in the same account. PayTm Number – 8527105078 ASAP.
( It is been more than 60 DAYS chasing for the Refund )
