i have prepaid my order had i have no received any shipment Id nor they have called i am so stressed.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with Uptownie. I placed an order on July 19, 2025 (Order #558003) and prepaid an amount of ₹1850. However, it has been several days, and I still haven’t received any shipment ID or tracking details. On top of that, I haven’t received any communication from their end, not even a call regarding the status of my order.

I am left feeling stressed and uncertain about my order. I expected better service and timely delivery, but this lack of response is extremely disappointing.

I request an immediate update on my order status and an explanation for the delay. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!
