Uptownie – order 1 month ago and my order is not yet delivered.

My order for 5,000 was placed a month ago. My order has not yet been delivered by them. Additionally, they don’t have a customer service number, they don’t respond to emails convincingly, and they don’t respond on Instagram.

Since the special occasion for which I placed the order has already passed, I would like to cancel it right away.

I want my money returned.
Please assist me in this way.
