I ordered a ladies wrist watch Blue Dial as advertised, for Rs 1399. Paid by online payment on delivery of the item by Bluedart today. Opened the box and discovered a cheap black dial watch. Called Coustomer care no 9330153317, they wanted me to download an App and expose my phone to them for them to return the funds. I refused and the company representative said I will not get a refund if I don’t comply. I disconnected the line and deleted the APP, it is the most surprising unethical method of refunding money to a customer. If the company cannot refund my payment of Rs 1399/ through the normal banking method they should declare the same in reply to this complaint. Please arrange the refund and collect this cheap watch.
