NETXECOM – Amount deducted from my account and again delivery boy asked for the payment

This is to inform you that I have purchased a wrist watch from your site and the amount got deducted from my account but very next moment I received an email saying that the transaction is unsuccessful whereas the amount is already deducted from my account. Today I received the watch but the delivery boy asked to pay saying that he didn’t have any information about the payment I did and now if I want the watch, I have to pay him. However, I refused and rejected the shipment. I am doing online purchase since 20 years but never fraud like this. I emailed them but with no response.


How to file a complaint against NETXECOM?

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from NETXECOM.
