Dear Sir/Madam
I had booked a Couple pass for Rs.3800 for the New Year Eves Party at Tulip Star 2013 Mumbai and because of the mis-management of the Organizers i.e. Purple Stone Entertainment there were few people who got agitated and started creating havoc at the site and eventually when the Police intervene in the matter they had no option and had to call off the event.
Please note that nobody from the Organizers side were present to handle the situation and even Security Officials deputed for the event did not know who are the Organizer.
I hereby request you to strongly take some strict action against these kind of organizers who just enters the market of event management with an intention to cheat innocent people and earn money.
Please do the needful so that I can get the refund at the earliest.
