1. I , Capt Sunil Koshal , am using hyundai eon era+ regt no PB 35 T 5811 since 01 dec 2013. My veh is under two yrs warranty as well is insured. I am currently posted at hyderabad

2. I am writing you for addressal of my problem due to which i am experiencing severe financial and mental harrasment.
Dear i have met with an accident in oct 2014 after which i have got my veh repaired at hyundai dealship at pathankot. After 45 days of repair i got my veh back in dec 2014. Gor the same i was given bill amounting 162000. My veh both fenders, three doors and various others items were changed.

3. Same month i got posted to hyderabad where i took my veh along with me. On 25 Apr 2015 while driving my veh gear lever of my veh auto became free. The same was reported to road side assistance at the very moment and my veh was taken to hyundai service centre at tollichowki, hyderabad. I was told it was minor issue as gear wires have come out.

4. The same was fixed and as 26 apr being sunday i was scheduled to receive by veh back on 27 apr. I got the veh test driven and it was certified ok by the agency. But i was still suspectical as why the gear wires had come out. So i requested them to check my veh in detail. After checking my veh they asked me about any previous major accident to which i told them complete details of the prev repair done at hyundai pathankot.

5. This time they informed me that my veh reqd complete body change because of the accident which Hyundai Pathankot has not done. They told the wheel left wheel of my veh is bit tilted and the earlier repairwork has been shabbily done. I conveyed the same to service manager hyundai pathankot but he was trying to evade my queries by his techjical knowledge. So i made service manager tollichowki to speak to him who in very clear terms told him that the work done at their end is not as per standards of Hyundai and that the veh reqd full body change which they have not done at Pathankot. Aldo he categorically told that under these condutions the veh is unsafe to drive and they cant take responsibity because of them. Also finding them evasive and non cooperative he adviced me to contact hyundai complaint cell where i got my complained registered(Complain Id 1-124539004) dt 27 Apr 2015.

6. Sir i am in army with very buzy schedule. I everyday need to travel 20-25 kms at odd hours. Also being ignorant i was risking my life and also that of my family which is totally not acceptable.

7. So it is kindly requested to change my veh at earliest as i am not confident to drive the same. Also it is requested to compensate the mental and financial trauma which i and my family is facing because of poor repair at hyundai service centre.

8. Pl help me for speedy redressal of my problem.
