Yesterday ie on 24 June 2014,in the name of State Bank Of India Credit Card, I have received telephone calls from 911165000227,917840099257,919250909081 suggesting me to upgrade my present card and surrendering my reward points available of Rs7000/- which will be utilized for providing me gifts from SBI. For the confirmation of transaction, today morning I have contacted SBI helpline and they have informed me my account has been debited with Rs.6999/- and we have no so such offer to the card holders. They have concluded that, it is a fraudulent transaction and the beneficiary of the transaction is Oberoi Epay Kerala. Now I Wish not to effect the transaction amount of Rs.6999/- for the credit of the said beneficiary and requested the same to SBI helpline also. I seek your help to get protection from this fraudulent transaction.

on 8th July I have received a call from 919250909081 in the name of state bank of India saying I have 7000 reward point saying they are surrendering in my rewards point available my rewards points which will be utilized for providing me some gifts from SBI. For the conformation of transection. Today I have contacted SBI helpline and they have informed me that Rs 6999 is debited against my SBI credit. Till date I have not received any gift as they promised me. I request you please do the need full and take action above company. Now onwards I will not answer any call from SBI. Thank you. Please take the action against this company so that they do not cheat the SBI customers
