Hi, my name is poornanand. I had made a purchase of 2nos of octa air antenna through advertisement on face book and paid money through credit card on smarttv123.com on 016/02/18. I had not received the products till now (06/03/18). I had communicated to their customer care but no proper reply. Also i obsevered similar complaints againt the same company in consumer complaints form. I would like to request you to initiate refund the amount.
