I ordered and paid for the Smart TV Octa Air on the 14th of February 2018.
I got a confirmation on the 17th of February, that the item has been despatched. I have not yet received the product.

I have order this item see below 6 weeks ago and i still have not recived any thing.
Thet have indicate that the item was recived at the warehouse in South Africa and was hand over to the local Post Office.
The post office do not now any thing about this item and they could not trays anny thing with the tracking no.
Please reply with a anser ASAP.
It appear that this is just another tipe of scam.

I feel that after receiving the money, the company has cheated and indulged in fraud,thus causing a loss of approx. Rs 4500/ to me and also I feel that for this amount reputed company can come to low level of moral.
Saya juga sudah membayar dari tanggal 26/3/2018..
Tapi sampai hari ini saya belum menerima paket antena nya…
Ada kah yang bisa memberi solusi nya?..
my order for Smarttv123 Octa Air was confirmed on 5th February 2018. Order No.63769F17B9B18E6C8525822A0050E2B3 and Shipment No.ASL20180205IN853411 I have not yet received product not heard anything from the company.
My order for Smart TV1123 Octa Air Digital TV Antenna was confirmed by e-mail on 28.2.2018. On 2/3/2018I received another e-mail informing successful processing of my order. Shipment NO: ASLELE2018301in1024338 ORDER: DF 70260D75B6007c85258242001DEOC3AS SHIPPED ON 01/03/2018.WHEN ENQUIRED FURTHER on 12/3/18, I GOT ANOTHER E-MAIL ON 14/3/2018 saying that products are usually received within 14-21 days as they are being sent via postal delivery. I have not received the product yet.
