OMSYS retails ; Ref complaint by ms Akila. I had a similar experience. Tracking number 78046577302 . I ordered 2 bags paid Rs 1699 on delivery. I got on 11 July 2 normal bags (not at all like the advertised version). No one to accept a complaint. e mails bounced .Even the courier letter sent to Noida address got returned as addressee not available. I am planning to take up with the Govt / police authorities. This is nothing short of cheating. Devarajan
