I had ordered few soaps and ointment in www.omsi.in site.. I payed amount through Paytm.. Upto one week they said that order is in hold, after many calls and mails, they informed that they cannot produce those items.. I asked for refund, on 9th December they initiated for refund.. Till today I didn’t get refund, and they again not responding to mails and calls.. My order ID 2583992, I placed order on 24th November
