No refund on order of rs2274 placed on 22 May and cancelled same day. I have sent more than 30 emails and called at least 30 times (every call was disconnected as soon as it was clear I was calling about a refund). OMSI continues to lie, fabricate, and filibuster via email messages from someone named Nayha, whose standard replies say: “It will take some time.” “Please wait 10-15 working days for refund to show.” Now, OMSI is saying that it is in PAYTM hands, and are washing their hands of any responsibility. I am unable to pursue refund with PAYTM: the matter has to come from the merchant, not the buyer. And OMSI is no longer even answering my email requests to find out what is happening, and continue to disconnect every phone call. This is appalling business practice, and it seems OMSI has a long history of stories such as this.
